About Tonia Todman
Australia’s queen of craft, Tonia Todman, has had extensive involvement throughout her life in publishing and media, is accomplished in all thing’s ‘lifestyle’ and is an advocate for women and aging well.

Tonia is dedicated to living well and has undertaken several pursuits that enrich her life including a private cooking school, a bed and breakfast a degree in horticulture and, has recently been qualified a celebrant. As a seasoned public speaker and television presenter Tonia’s endeavour to become a celebrant was only natural.

If you don’t remember Tonia ‘on the box’ in your living room, give yourself a blast from the past by Remembering ‘Good Morning Australia’ (GMA), the pioneering morning television show hosted by Bert Newton on Network 10. Prior to her 19 years on GMA, Tonia worked on lifestyle television shows Creative Living and Healthy, Wealthy and Wise where she shared her expertise in craft, interior design, decorating and DIY.

Tonia’s experience in front of the public is championed by her catalogue of 28 books about craft, cooking and decorating, and many years in journalism that included 10 years at Vogue Australia magazine.
​
Her achievements saw her listed in the “Who’s Who” of Australian Women in 2006. She is a Life Australia Day Ambassador for the Victorian Government, a Life Ambassador for Variety Club, and a Life Member of NSW Institute for Deaf and Blind Children.
